It's time to get moving! With only 30% of children participating in only 20 minutes out of the needed 60 minutes of vigorous physical activity on a daily basis, its crucial to get up and moving. By learning these healthy habits at a young age, you can decrease the risk of Heart Disease, Stroke, Cancer, and/or Type 2 Diabetes! Exercising and being physically active can lead to improved sleep, increased ability to perform everyday activities, improved cognitive ability, improved bone and muscular health. I have created short, dance exercise videos that are fun for EVERYONE to do! So with that being said, let's get active!
